The technical work on any one of these is well understood. What is hard is the handoff between them, and that is exactly where a job loses days. A hydrostatic test ends with a line full of water that has to be dewatered, dried, and purged before it can carry product. A mass pour has a temperature window that closes whether or not the cooling showed up. When the water crew, the gas crew, and the cooling crew answer to the same scheduler, the gap between them is not a two-week coordination exercise. It is already on the calendar.
