NitroTech field supervisors have backgrounds in pipeline commissioning, midstream operations, and oilfield services. They understand why oxygen specs exist, what a dew point trend should look like, and what to do when the readings don't match the expected curve. That knowledge matters when the job is on a live pipeline system.
DOT-Compliant Operations
NitroTech equipment is maintained to DOT standards with current inspections and commercial vehicle compliance. Our drivers hold commercial driver's licenses and operate within hours-of-service requirements. We carry the insurance coverage levels required by major pipeline operators — GL, auto liability, and workers' comp.
Fast Mobilization When It Matters
Pipeline commissioning windows are short. Weather holds, regulatory inspections, and tie-in crew schedules create narrow windows where the nitrogen job has to happen. NitroTech stages equipment regionally across our primary service territories to minimize drive time and be on location when the window opens.

Standards We Work To

NitroTech systems are configured for high-pressure nitrogen applications, with project-specific operating pressures determined by the service type, equipment package, and jobsite requirements. Select systems may support up to 6,500 PSI capability, while many drying, purging, and commissioning applications operate at lower project-specific pressure ranges. Final pressure, flow, and volume requirements should be confirmed during project planning.
