Real equipment. Real field deployment. Watch how the trailer performs when the work is on the line.
SELECTIVE BY DESIGN
NitroTech isn’t a full-line industrial gas supplier. We focus on high-pressure, high-volume nitrogen trailer services for the projects where access, mobilization speed, and field execution matter more than catalog breadth. Our equipment exists because we believed we could build it better — not just bigger or more of it.
High-pressure, high-volume mobile nitrogen trailer systems for pipeline commissioning, purging, drying, and industrial N2 operations. NitroTech delivers, sets up, and supports your project from mobilization to completion — coast to coast.

What We Provide
NitroTech nitrogen trailer rentals are not stockyard cylinder racks. These are purpose-engineered mobile nitrogen generation and delivery systems designed to meet the pressure, purity, and volume requirements of real pipeline and industrial projects.
Our high-pressure nitrogen trailer is a , self-contained nitrogen system that can be positioned directly at your jobsite connection point. It is designed to deliver high-purity nitrogen at the flow rates and pressures required for commissioning, purging, drying, and pressure support operations.
Unlike traditional cylinder bundle delivery — which requires staging large volumes of individual cylinders, managing refill logistics, and accepting lower continuous flow rates — a NitroTech trailer provides sustained high-volume output from a single field unit.

Traditional nitrogen supply for large pipeline projects relies on cylinder bundle staging — dozens or hundreds of high-pressure cylinders delivered, staged, connected, and managed on site. NitroTech trailer systems change the equation.
Requires staging 50–200+ individual cylinders per day of operation. Significant footprint on congested jobsites. High labor requirement for changeover. Flow rate limited by cylinder pressure and connection configuration. Refill logistics create operational gaps.
Single trailer unit provides continuous, sustained nitrogen output at the flow rates and pressures required for pipeline work. Compact footprint fits standard pipeline right-of-way staging areas. No cylinder changeover. No supply gaps. One unit — full project coverage.
On active pipeline corridors, compressor stations, refinery turnarounds, and urban pipeline projects, available staging space is often the most constrained resource on the job. Cylinder bundle delivery requires a dedicated staging area — a space that frequently conflicts with other contractor operations, safety zones, and access requirements.
The NitroTech trailer parks where your other equipment parks. The system connects directly at your work point. Your project schedule does not wait for cylinder refill rotations.
Applications
NitroTech trailers are deployed across the full range of pipeline and industrial nitrogen applications. If your project requires high-volume, high-pressure nitrogen, this is the right equipment.
Displacement of hydrocarbons, oxygen, and contaminants from new or existing pipelines prior to commissioning, maintenance, or decommissioning operations. Nitrogen purging is the industry-standard method for safe line clearing.
Moisture removal to meet dew point specifications before line commissioning. The NitroTech trailer circulates dry nitrogen through the pipeline until moisture content reaches the required specification — typically −40°F dew point or lower.
Full commissioning nitrogen support including initial purge, pressure testing, drying, and inerting sequences. NitroTech coordinates with your commissioning team to execute each phase on schedule.
Nitrogen pressure for pig launching and receiving operations. Precise pressure control maintains pig velocity within specification and prevents damage to pig and pipe during displacement operations.
Nitrogen as a test medium for pressure integrity verification on pipelines, vessels, and process equipment where hydrotesting is not feasible or where moisture introduction must be avoided.
Nitrogen supply for shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance purging at refineries, chemical plants, compressor stations, and industrial facilities requiring inert atmosphere operations.
THE REAL EQUIPMENT

The Process
From initial inquiry to project completion, NitroTech manages the logistics so you can focus on the work.
Provide your project location, pipeline specs (diameter, length, operating pressure), service type needed, and target start date. NitroTech will assess equipment fit and confirm availability within 24 hours.
You receive a project-specific quote covering equipment, mobilization, operational support, and demobilization. No hidden logistics fees. Straightforward project pricing.
NitroTech delivers the nitrogen trailer to your jobsite and handles all equipment setup, connection verification, and pre-operation checks. Our team confirms all connections and pressure ratings before any nitrogen introduction.
NitroTech technical support is available throughout your operation. Our team can monitor operations, adjust pressures and flow rates, and ensure your purging, drying, or commissioning sequence meets specification.
On operation completion, NitroTech provides project documentation including volume records, pressure logs, and operational reports. Equipment is demobilized and the site is returned to pre-mobilization condition.

FAQ
A nitrogen trailer is a mobile, self-contained nitrogen generation or storage and delivery system mounted on a trailer chassis. It provides on-demand high-purity nitrogen at the flow rates and pressures required for pipeline purging, drying, commissioning, pigging, pressure testing, and industrial nitrogen applications. NitroTech trailers are high-pressure / high-volume systems designed for demanding field conditions.
Nitrogen trailer rental pricing depends on project duration, deployment location, mobilization distance, and operational support requirements. NitroTech provides project-specific quotes. Contact us at 724-809-3385 or submit a quote request with your project details for accurate pricing.
NitroTech recommends booking at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard deployments. For large projects or time-sensitive commissioning windows, earlier booking is advised to confirm availability. Contact our team as early as your project schedule allows.
Yes. NitroTech nitrogen trailers are and regularly deployed to remote pipeline corridors, compressor stations, rural industrial sites, and oilfield locations across the United States. We manage mobilization logistics for both accessible and challenging access points.
NitroTech nitrogen trailers deliver high-purity nitrogen at ≥99.5% N2 — suitable for pipeline commissioning, purging, drying, and industrial inert atmosphere requirements. Higher purity specifications are available for applications requiring it.

NitroTech systems are configured for high-pressure nitrogen applications, with project-specific operating pressures determined by the service type, equipment package, and jobsite requirements. Select systems may support up to 6,500 PSI capability, while many drying, purging, and commissioning applications operate at lower project-specific pressure ranges. Final pressure, flow, and volume requirements should be confirmed during project planning.
